4 weeks ago I got rear ended on I-10. So I called Jeff Haas Mazda whom sold me my car, and asked who I should go to.Their answer was Best Collision. Now, having gone there myself and having had them do my repairs I understand why.One key factor being that I drive a red Mazda cx-30. The actual name is Soul Red, and it's a 3 tier paint that lesser body shops simply can't execute correctly. Thanks to 25 years working with not only Jeff Haas Mazda, but Mazda USA, Best Collision knocked the work out of the park.Next being customer care and service. Car accidents suck. No matter if you're at fault or not, which luckily I was not. My girlfriend and I were hurt, our Friday night plans to celebrate my birthday and Valentine's Day jointly over a romantic home cooked steak night were dashed, and the weekend as a whole upended.Then comes the healthcare, the endless stream of phone calls and headaches, and the impact these distractions play on your professional and personal life. In this whole process so far, Best Collision was by far the EASIEST and best part. I sent my car there and literally sat back and they did the rest. They kept me apprised to the progress and latest news, and answered my calls and questions swiftly. They also worked with the insurance so that the repairs would be fully covered, taking a pay cut themselves to do so, and in a way that my involvement was minimal at best. I can't say enough how grateful I am that they were so wonderful through the whole process.Finally the devil is in the details. They actually had a basic clean of the exterior AND interior so that my looked and smelled relatively new when I picked it up and even preserved the UH decal I put on the back. Sal, kindly walked the vehicle with me to do one last inspection of the repairs. He answered my questions and even check my breaks and the condition of my rental no questions asked.Huge thanks Best Collision. You have a wonderful team. Thank you to the girls up front for fielding my calls so quickly and helping me with my questions and concerns each and every time. Thank you to Sal for taking the time to discuss the repairs and walking my car upon pickup and helping me out with the concerns I had with the rental I received in poor condition.Finally thank you to all of the folks who put in the time, work, and care to get my car looking and driving like new again.Side note: I had come by in the past and had Abel take a look at some wear and tear before and provide a quote. I didn't move forward then but I appreciated the time and care he took with me, and kept this place in mind as a result. So shout out to Abel as well.
